Geez could you wait any longer in between blog posts!

Sorry folks. I get bogged down with life sometimes and getting back into the swing of things is easier on paper then in real life.

I’ma trying I promise.

I have made some really good food lately that I cannot wait to share.

Maybe some of you spotted it on facebook, maybe you didn’t either way your gonna get it :)

So I bought this new workout video that the jury is still out on but I do kinda like the push it gives me.

It’s Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. She is tough……

Besides the rambles this is what I plan to cook this week.

We also have a Diet Bet going on in our office. It’s kinda cool. You earn money to loose weight. I was suppose to blog about this to see if anyone wanted to join but again – the life thing happened. Check it out if you get time. It is too late to join our team but there are lots of teams that you could join. I will try to keep y’all updated on what is happening and I’m in a corporate 5K this Thursday so woohoo! Hence the leftovers that night. I hope y’all have a knee slappin kinda week and I will get to posting those great recipes I mentioned earlier.
